Walked 5 Km today, took me about an hour and fifteen mins to complete, it was a moderately difficult walk with two small inclines along the stretch. Not too proud with the numbers but its a start. I checked my weight 2 days ago and it was 112kg. Aiming at covering 5 km everyday for a week, will evaluate what needs to be done next once I have completed this. I am aiming at dipping below 100 km with in a month so that 12kg in 30 days, which is comfortably impossible.
Next milestone: July 15
End of Phase 1: August 9th
5K at 4.3 km/hour = aprox 460 - 500 Cals
Aim: loose aprox 7500 this month (must reduce intake to 1500 cals a day)
