D9 - Back again

did 5km again took slightly longer, had a snack in between but did the 5 km. I think the trick to do it regularly is to go before 10:00 pm and to listen to audio books while I walk. Didnt even notice the walk.

total so far: 20km and 2000 - 2400 Cal loss
