I know I have been gone for a while but i am back. And I am going to try and dangle a treat in front of my eyes if I achieve the results I seek. If I loose 16kg and dip even a kg below 100. I will buy myself a console, either a Wii, 360 or the PS3. fuck the finances or the practicality of it.
